my brother has decided not to renew, I'm absolutely gutted and think that he will regret it once The Engineer has got us scoring goals for fun!
So thinking with my heart rather than my head I've just renewed both his and mine...time will tell if I've just wasted £600

I have an adult and a child’s, but have only renewed the kids ticket. Have run out of people to invite, and no one I know wants a second visit to the OS. Figured I could upgrade the kids ticket if ever I want to go to a game, which might be about 10 games next season. No way am I spending £600-700 again on the adults season ticket.

Emailed them about confirmation email. They said they have trouble sending service emails to a BT email account!!!

I gave them an alternative Google email adress and it worked on that.

Called to get one, been on the waiting list since our move. I've been told there are over 18K in front of me and I'm unable to purchase one 'until its my turn'.
